Privacy Policy for Lane Surge

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Lane Surge ("the game") is an arcade driving game for Android made by NullUndefinedVoid ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read by players and by parents.

The short version

  • We don't collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no chat and no in-game purchases.
  • Your progress stays on your phone. Coins, unlocked cars, best distances and settings are saved only on your device.
  • Ads are optional. You only see an ad if you choose to watch one — for example to revive after a crash or to earn free coins.
  • Ads are suitable for children. Lane Surge can be played by children, so every ad request is treated as directed to children: ads are family-friendly and are never personalised.

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

  • Game progress: coins, unlocked and selected cars, best distances and similar statistics.
  • Settings: sound and music volume, and whether vibration is on.

This information is stored in the game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.

2. Information we collect

None. We don't run servers for the game, we don't use analytics, and we don't receive any information about you or how you play.

3. Advertising

Lane Surge shows optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. An ad is only shown when you tap a button to watch one.

When the game requests or shows an ad, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game may collect limited technical information so the ad can be delivered, measured and protected from fraud. This can include:

  • Your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (such as your country).
  • Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and the game's version.
  • Ad interaction information, such as whether an ad was shown, watched to the end, or tapped.
  • Diagnostic information about ad performance and crashes in the ads SDK.

Because Lane Surge is played by people of all ages, including children under 13:

  • Every ad request is marked as directed to children, as required by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
  • Personalised (interest-based) advertising and remarketing are turned off. Ads are chosen based on the game's content and general context, not on a profile of you.
  • Ad content is limited to the most family-friendly rating offered by AdMob.
  • The game does not collect your device's advertising ID.

Google processes this information under its own policies:

4. App permissions

  • Internet access — used only to load optional ads. The game itself plays fully offline.
  • Vibration — used for short haptic feedback during play. You can turn it off in the game's settings.

The game does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.

5. Children's privacy

Lane Surge is designed to be suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The game has no accounts, no chat, no social features, no in-game purchases and no way to share personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about your child's use of the game, please contact us at the address below.

6. Keeping and deleting your information

Everything the game saves stays on your device until you delete it. To delete all of it, uninstall Lane Surge, or clear the game's storage in your device's settings (Settings → Apps → Lane Surge → Storage → Clear storage).

We hold no information about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For information processed by Google in connection with ads, see Google's policies linked above.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or Canada), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used. Because we don't collect personal information, we have none to provide, correct or delete — but you can always contact us with questions. We do not sell or share personal information.

8. Security

Your saved progress is kept in the game's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read. Ads are loaded over encrypted connections by the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

9. Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy — for example, if we add online features such as leaderboards or cloud saves — we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above before those changes are released.
